Price	Initial paid consultation: the fee, including consumption tax, is shown on the booking page before you pay. Other services are quoted on request, with the tax-inclusive amount shown on the quote.
Other costs	Your internet and communication costs; bank transfer fees if a transfer is used; travel and accommodation for on-site work (as set out in the quote). Fees of brokers and professionals are paid by you directly under your own contracts with them.
Payment method	Consultation: the card or other method shown on the Calendly booking page. Other services: as stated on the quote or invoice.
Payment timing	Consultation: at booking. Other services: by the due date in the quote or invoice.
Delivery	Consultation: online at the booked date and time. Other services: per the agreed schedule.
Booking window	Only dates and times shown as available on the booking page.
Cancellation & refunds	48 or more hours before the start: reschedule or full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours: one reschedule or a 50% refund. Under 24 hours or no-show: no refund, except where required by law. If I cancel: full refund or a new time. Because these are services, no refund is given after delivery. No cooling-off period applies to online sales. See Terms §4.
Requirements	A stable internet connection and a device that can join an online video call.
